It is a simple dish with turmeric, garlic, soy milk as sauce, with only rare-medium cooked vegetables that could help clear inflammation, including bitter melon, broccoli, tomato, wood fungus. For grains, I used bailey, rice, green peas, and added Poria cocos(Schw.) Wolf (a medicinal Chinese herb) to it. I post this simple dish, as i found bitter lemon goes really well with turmeric, and dish tastes so good.
